ARRIVAL
We hope you find the caravan to your liking on arrival! Our cleaning team have the highest standards and always try to ensure everything is pristine clean for your arrival. In the cupboard under the sink there is cleaning products for you to use, new dishcloths, sponges, kitchen sprays, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags and washing up liquid. There is also handwash at each sink. Your beds are made up for arrival and there are also additional mattress and pillow protectors on each bed.
DEPARTURE
It is very important that these guidelines are followed on departure:

Strip all bedding off the beds and place in the bag provided (if for any reason this is not provided please use a black bag from under the sink) any bed wetting issues MUST be reported as early as possible to enable appropriate cleaning,

Please bag any soiled or wet bedding separately.

Open windows for a short period prior to leaving, particularly in the bedrooms to let fresh air circulate.

Please dispose of all rubbish at the nearby refuse area.

Please ensure you have taken all of your belongings, as a charge will be required to return them to you.

Please remember to lock the door and return the key back to the keysafe - not to reception.
LOUNGE
In the lounge area there is a 42-inch Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, ITV X and All 4 apps installed, amongst others including a Premium Channel App . These are all logged into the my own family subscriptions and so are free for guests to watch, please do not change any settings on the accounts to keep them running smoothly!
There is Free 5G WiFi, the router is located in the corner of the lounge on the TV unit

There is an Echo Flex device pkugged in underneath the TV, which is all set up for you to play your chosen music or radiostation by calling "Alexa"
There is an electric flame effect fire in the lounge. Please do not use the heat function on this unless absolutely necessary (i.e no gas and awaiting a new bottle being fitted).
The central heating is quick to heat the caravan up and keeps it toasty warm! Please feel free to use the timer function on the boiler to save having the heating on when out for the day but warm the caravan up nicely for your return. Please bear in mind that gas bottles are now very costly, so we would really appreciate if you can try to help us keep costs down.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs during your stay, I am sure you will find most things you will need in the cupboards and drawers. Tea, coffee and sugar are always left for guests, There is a stock of cleaning essentials in the cupboard under the sink, dish cloths, sponges, kitchen spray and washing up liquid can always be found there.
Also in the kitchen you will find an air fryer, full size gas cooker, fridge with freezer comppartment and also a microwave and toaster.
When using the Air fryer please use the silicone insert where possible and clean after each use. Please note it is not appropriate to leave a dirty air fryer basket for our cleaners to take care of.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed. It has a double wardrobe and plenty of cupboards and drawers for storage. There is a 21-inch TV with Freeview and hairdryer in the wardrobe for your use.
TWIN BEDROOMS
There are 2 x twin bedrooms both with wall mounted TVs and Freeview, they have a single wardrobe in each.
ADDITiONAL WC
There is also an additional WC with wash basin.
DINING AREA
In the dining area you will find a dining table with 2 stools and seating area. Perfect for family meals! Please use the table mats supplied to keep the table looking nice.
BABY FACILITIES
Highchair & Travel cot available upon request.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Not really what you want to think about on your holidays! But here to help you all the same!
You will find a hoover in the hallway cupboard, please be aware that the cleaning team do not use this, they have their own industrial machines so this is solely for guest use. Please empty the drum when used to keep it running well and prevent any blockages. There is a dustpan and brush and iron in the hallway cupboard with bin bags and tin foil etc can usually be found in the kitchen drawer. The sweeping brush and mop and bucket can also be found in the hallway cupboard.
There is an ironing board in the wardrobe in the master bedroom, please do use this and not the table or worktops if needing to iron any clothing.
BOILER INSTRUCTIONS
You can find the Vokera combi boiler in the utility cupboard in the hallway and can control the temperature of the hot water and radiators.
The dial to the right controls the water temperature
The dial to the left controls the radiator temperature
The timer can be used to keep the caravan at the temperature you require in advance of your return
Should you run out of gas. All you need to do is contact reception or the out of hours security number to have this replaced, they will ask to come when you are in the caravan so you can sign for safe receipt of the gas bottle and check the boiler is working again for you. The numbers for this are in the useful information section of this book as well as on the front of the utility cupboard for easy access. Please remember turn off the central heating on your departure from the caravan – if left on there may be a fuel surcharge, as the caravan may not necessarily be checked on the same day depending on further guest arrivals following your stay.
DECKING & OUTSIDE AREA
There is patio furniture on the decking area to enjoy during your stay.
SMOKING
We have a strict no smoking and no vaping policy in our caravan, we are a non-smoking family and ask that our guests respect our wish to keep our caravan smoke free, this also includes the decking area.
If you do smoke, we would be grateful if you could do so outside of the caravan with the doors closed, there is chairs to the side of the caravan that can be used and please dispose of all cigarette ends.
Please note: If any evidence of smoking in the caravan is identified on departure, your security deposit will not be refunded.

BUS STOPS
The bus stop to take you direct to Blackpool is just outside the park gates on the same side of the road. The stop on the opposite side of the road will take you towards Fleetwood and can also be used to take you to the tram stop (approximately 3 stops) just ask the driver for Broadwater tram stop. Buses are approximately every 10 minutes during the day, the timetable is easily found on the Blackpool Transport App where you can also buy day tickets too. The bus service you are looking for is the 14.
TRAMS
The closest tram stop is Broadwater, turn right out of the park and straight across at the roundabout, past the Nautical College and you will see the tram stop on your left, alternatively hop on the 14 bus as described above.
FARES
Fares are really reasonable for a family! You can get a family day pass for all trams and buses for 24 hours for just £15.50, it really is great value and saves finding and paying for a parking space in Blackpool!
