LAVENDER

Our lovely family owned Lavender is located on the Ash Grove area of the park. This caravan is so unique and has lots of unexpected extras included due to the owner and their family spending a lot of time using the caravan themselves at weekends.  If you see a weekend available here, grab it there won't be many!

 

Home comforts include full central heating and double glazing and a cosy electric flame fire in the lounge . There are French doors to the front of the lounge area, leading out onto our lovely balcony decking area and also a large area to the side of the caravan with pinic bench and lots of space to enjoy. We operate a strict no pets or smoking policy in this caravan.

Now for the unexpected extras that make this caravan a very special and unique option! No kettle is required in this caravan as the owners have installed an instant boiling water tap which also has a child safe mechinism so is safe with your little ones around too.  There is a utility room in this caravan with full sized washing machine, tumble dryer and also an ice machine!  These are all free and available for use during your stay.

Private driveway parking is available next to the caravan.

In the lounge there is a Smart TV with Netflix as well as Freeview and DVD player and free WiFi the lounge is also fitted with lovely modern wooden venetian blinds for privacy! 

​

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc, there is a full size gas cooker and also a microwave, toaster, dishwasher and integrated full size fridge freezer as well as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.  There is a well stocked spice rack available to use, a slow cooker and also a variety of condiments in the kitchen cupboards along with essential cleaning supplies.

 

In the cloak cupboard there is a hoover, sweeping brush, dust pan and brush, mop and bucket - just what you want to see on you holidays, but necessary all the same! 

 

There is a family bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower cubicle and also a further en-suite toilet to the master bedroom. 

 

There are 2 bedrooms:

Large master bedroom with double wardrobe and dressing table with en-suite WC.  The bedrooms are also fitted with wooden venetian blinds and are great to keep the bedrooms cool and dark.

Twin bedded room with a single wardrobe.

​

The utility room contains a full sized washing machine, tumble dryer, the ice machine and a work surface and folding area for laundry and storage.  There is also an iron and ironing board available.

​

To the side of the caravan is a huge grassy plot with picnic table.  fantastic for children to play safely and to enjoy al fresco dining.

Please Note:

Entertainment passes are not included in the cost of your holiday, these are available from reception on arrival should you wish to use the park facilities during your stay.  You may have an action packed holiday planned taking you into Blackpool most days and would therefore not benefit from paying extra for passes, if you are staying for 7 nights or more, you may also choose to purchase passes for only certain periods of your holiday to co-incide with your plans for days out.  Haven facilities and activities are subject to availability and form no part of your booking with us.
