Our lovely family owned Sweetpea is located on the popular Kensington area of Marton Mere, just a few minutes walk to the complex. Home comforts include double glazing, an electric flame effect fire in the lounge and gas central heating throughout the caravan. We operate a strict no pets, smoking or vaping policy in the caravan!

Private driveway parking for one car with additional parking available in the nearby car parks

​

In the lounge there is a Smart TV with Freeview Play and various catch up TV apps installed.  

​

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc, full size gas cooker and also a microwave, toaster, air fryer, kettle and fridge freezer. There really is all your home comforts in this caravan it's a great open plan, modern family option.

​

In the cloak cupboard there is a sweeping brush, dust pan and brush, mop and bucket - just what you want to see on your holidays, but necessary all the same! 

​

There is a family bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower cubicle and also an additional WC, great for larger families.

​

There are 3 bedrooms:

Master bedroom with double wardrobe and dressing table, Smart TV with freeview. 

​

Twin rooms with a single wardrobe in each, both have Smart TV.

Please Note:

Entertainment passes are not included in the cost of your holiday, these are available from reception on arrival should you wish to use the park facilities during your stay.  You may have an action packed holiday planned taking you into Blackpool most days and would therefore not benefit from paying extra for passes, if you are staying for 7 nights or more, you may also choose to purchase passes for only certain periods of your holiday to co-incide with your plans for days out.  Haven facilities and activities are subject to availability and form no part of your booking with us.
